Brouwerij De Brabandere (founded 1894) is a medium sized brewery producing various kinds of beers. For this project, they will add new sensors and data collection to measure the consumption of water, energy and consumables, andsubsequently provide expertise and support for the integration of Yanomaly to analyse that data and extract recommendations and insights to reduce consumption.
