Innolact is a Galician SME that manufactures cream cheese under the brand Quescrem. Innolact is a highly innovative company. Out of a staff of 70 people, 8 of them belong to the RDI department. The company has participated in RDI projects at regional, national and European level. Innolact is member of Clusaga, member of its managing board, and has the chairs Clusaga’s Commission for Innovation and R&D. Innolact has more than 50 product families with about 150 references, and sells its products in more than 40 countries.
