Pomuni Frozen is a company part of the Pomuni group, a 4th generation family owned potato supplier who delivers under private label fresh potatoes and deep frozen mashed potato products to retailers, wholesale and foodservice. The participation of Pomuni Frozen is crucial to the investment project with Yazzoom and Brouwerij De Brabandere. This investment project will result in technology improvements and a convincing reference use-case. Pomuni Frozen wil serve as pilot plant to try out and fine-tune the new developments of Yazzoom that are aimed at lowering the cost for food SMEs to apply advanced technology for AI-based computer vision and anomaly detection in their factories.
