Goal:

The Smart AI Orchestrator project aims to develop and implement a digital AI module specifically designed for dairy production. The project will gather input data on key parameters of dairy processing, monitor production status, and generate optimal daily plans to maximize process and energy efficiency while ensuring product quality and safety. Additionally, it will serve as a knowledge base for production personnel, enhancing their decision-making capabilities.

Necessity and challenges:

Manual microplanning in dairy processing is complex and time-consuming, often relying on numerous real-time inputs and experience. Existing microplanning tools have limitations, especially in adjusting plans according to live production status and optimizing energy and water consumption. SAIO addresses these challenges by leveraging AI technology to provide real-time optimization and integration with energy management solutions.
