Goal:

The "Fruit Beverage Traceability and Quality Digital Platform" (FruiTrace) project aims to revolutionize the fruit beverage industry by integrating advanced traceability and quality management systems. Utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) sensors and smart data analytics, FruiTrace is designed to monitor critical production parameters in real-time, from fruit storage through the production process to final bottling. This ensures optimal conditions for fruit preservation and enhances product quality by maintaining consistent compliance with food safety standards.

FruiTrace facilitates a dynamic traceability system that tracks each batch of fruit throughout the entire supply chain, seamlessly integrating with existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and production monitoring systems. This comprehensive oversight enables transparency and accountability from production input to end products, enhancing regulatory compliance and quality control. Moreover, the platform includes a user-friendly interface for production operators, promoting efficient information exchange between farmers and production facilities.
